Gas Safety Certificates

If you're a Landlord or Property Manager with tenants that occupy your property, you are required by law to have your gas boiler, and all gas appliances checked and certified annually. Our gas safe engineers based in Cheltenham and Gloucester are qualified to carry out these checks on your property and issue you and your tenants with the required CP12 certificate.

Our scheduling software means that we will automatically send you and your tenant an annual service reminder. We can then arrange with your tenant, a convenient time for us to come to the property. Once the check has been carried out, we will issue the certificate which can be emailed directly you, your property management agent and your tenant.

What we check for

Gas tightness.
Ventilation test.
Flue flow test.
Products of combustion removed.
Flame failure devices checked.
Evidence of unsafe operation, and if relevant investigated.

Cost of a CP12 certificate

We charge a fixed fee of £70+VAT for a single appliance gas safety.

Plus £20+VAT for each additional gas appliance test.

Boiler Servicing

To ensure that the boilers at your properties are operating safely and at peak performance, it is prudent to have them serviced annually. It will ensure any warranties remain valid and help to avoid potential surprise breakdowns.

When our gas safe engineer completes a service, we will email a copy of the service certificate to you, your property management agent and your tenant.

We will also set up an annual service reminder for you so that you don't have to keep track of when properties require a boiler service. Every year we will contact you and your tenant when the service is due and arrange a convenient time with your tenant, for us to come to your property and complete the checks your boiler requires.
