COVID-19 Customer Policy

With the safety of our customers and staff in mind, TAP Co has undertaken training to ensure we are COVID-19 safe and compliant. We are now proudly Home safe accredited.

We have introduced the following guidelines for every visit to a customer’s home:



  • For the continued safe provision of our service, please inform us if you are self-isolating with COVID symptoms.
  • We ask that wherever possible, you leave all internal doors open before the engineer entering to minimise contact with door handles.
  • Prior to attending the property, the engineer will sanitise his hands.
  • The engineer will wear appropriate PPE equipment such as a facemask when attending the property.
  • Upon completion, the engineer will wipe down surfaces with disinfectant spray and vacate the property.
